For those of you that do not know about the Mayan legend of the 13 sacred crystal skulls, the legend prophesizes that the crystal skulls will come together to reveal vital information during a crisis for humanity and earth. The prophecy maintains that the skulls contain information about the history of the planet and the future of mankind, and that the information revealed will be crucial to the survival of the human race.

The Mayan Elder Hunbatz Men recently took a pilgrimage with the sacred crystal skulls from Manhattan, NY, to Los Angeles, CA. Along the way they appealed to the Great Cosmic Spirit to guide them through their journey so that the skulls would enlighten the sites where the Great Cosmic Spirit was present. They believe that the sites they visited were activated in order to enlighten mankind.

The Crystal Skulls event

Starting today — 11-11-11 — the Crystal Skulls World Mysteries Gateway event will bring with it 13 ancient skulls as well as several new skulls. The event runs November 11, 12 and 13 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel at 6101 W. Century Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA.

Crystal skull guardians, Mayan Elders and researchers will speak over the duration of the event. There will also be prayers, music, ceremonies and celebration. The event also allows for visitors to attend sessions with individual crystal skulls that they resonate with.

There will be 13 members from the Maya Itza Council of Priests and Elders from Yucatan, Mexico, present as well.

The Crystal Skull Giveaway

There will be a drawing, and the winner of the drawing will receive an authentic sacred quartz crystal skull – the skull has been carried on the pilgrimage across the U.S. by the Mayan Elder Hunbatz Men. To win the skull, names must be submitted today, 11-11-11.

Visit www.crystalskullsevent.com to learn more about the event and the crystal skull drawing.

Cancer is a fungus may not be as radical an idea as you’d think. Dr. Tullio Simoncini, an oncologist in Italy, has discovered what biopsy and treatment have not, that cancer tumors are actually a fungus in the body called, Candida albicans. This gentle man’s discovery and simple approach is standing the medical establishment on its head when it comes to how we view cancer and better yet…how to treat it.

Dr. Simoncini claims that when he has examined cancer tumors of his patients they are white, which brought him to the conclusion and the title of his book Cancer Is Fungus. The gentle doctor from Italy says we should be treating cancer as we would any fungus, not by surgery, radiation or chemotherapy-all terribly invasive, sometime life-threatening treatments-but by a simple ‘wash’ with 200 grams of sodium bicarbonate and water.

When one considers that our cells are made up of a cell wall and a nucleus and fungus cells are made up of a cell wall and nucleus, it stands to reason we cannot introduce something into the body that would damage our cells (which is what chemo does) but something that will not be harmful to us but harmful to the fungus. Simoncini’s benign water/backing soda solution has seen a regression in one day after treatment with no harmful side effects. He has seen success in the treatment of colon cancer, melanoma cancer and terminal carcinoma of the cervix.

When one considers the alarming statistic that 75 % of physicians refuse chemotherapy themselves, Dr. Tullio Simoncini’s approach is not only important but timely. Read more about Dr. Simoncini’s book and approach at http://curenaturalicancro.com/.

For thousands of pre-med undergraduates, Harvard University appears at the top of a list of highly regarded medical schools. With a reputation as one of the most rigorous academic institutions in America, Harvard deserves a place at the top of every graduate program list, right?

A recent report from the American Medical Student Association challenges Harvard’s integrity, giving the school an “F” and showing the school may be a biased source of learning due to the school’s ties to pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Joseph Mercola’s “Harvard Medical Students Rebel Against Big Pharma Ties” reveals that many of our nation’s medical students are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn from professors who have strong financial ties to prescription drug manufacturers.

The AMSA’s report supports a shocking truth: many of the country’s most well-respected professors are essentially paid off by drug companies. Mercola’s article shows that nearly 20 percent of Harvard’s professors have ties to pharmaceutical “companies that could bias their teaching or research.” What does this mean for all of us that are patients in offices and hospitals around the country? Our diagnosis and expensive prescriptions might be tied to the drug companies that have overwhelming presences in medical school across America.

Prescription drugs may, in fact, work well in many cases. However, Mercola’s article supports the fact that holistic healing practices were very common (and effective) throughout the 19th century. In 1847, the American Medical Association emerged, and in order to solidify a profitable and powerful position in the medical world, the organization wanted companies to pay for advertisements in their medical journal. The AMA soon became a trusted organization and made forms of natural healing appear to be forms of “quackery.”

Mercola’s article proves that drug companies exert their influence via two major outlets: a $4 billion direct-to-consumer advertising campaign and a $16 billion campaign to influence doctors. All of this information leads to a very important question: who are you trusting? Your doctor or the drug company behind your doctor’s prescription?

Political awareness campaign to stop new FDA policy restrictions on women’s access to prescriptions containing Estriol.

The Challenge

On January 9, 2008, the FDA sent numerous pharmacies, large and small, an order to stop using estriol, and the term “bio-identical” in their hormone replacement formulas. This was an unprecedented attack on compounders, patients and physicians because until then not a single compounded drug component with a USP monograph had been withdrawn from circulation unless there had been evidence of harm to patients. Yet that is what the FDA did. Furthermore, the FDA admitted in their press conference that there is no evidence of harm to any patient from the use of estriol in compounds. If they can do it to estriol, they can do it to anything they wish to! In response, Congress introduced House Concurrent Resolution 342 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 88. These resolutions call on the FDA to stop their new policy of restricting women’s access to prescriptions containing estriol. This is one of our best courses of action to restore estriol’s availability to the market. The resolution also calls on the need of FDA to respect the physician-patient relationship and recognizes that doctors, not the FDA, are in the best position to determine which medications are appropriate for their patients. It also points out the FDA has acknowledged that it is unaware of any adverse events associated with the use of estriol over the past three decades. AAHF was proud to sponsor 2 full-page ads in Roll Call to support these resolutions (Ad 1, Ad 2). Additionally, we organized a coordinated effort of groups to write a letter to support (click here for the list) and hand-delivered the letters to every member of Congress. The Action Our challenge to you is this: can you help us get 100 sponsors in 100 days? We currently have 45 sponsors on House Con. Res. 342 and only 3 sponsors for S. Con. Res. 88 (introduced last month) but in order to be successful, we must have more Congressional support. And you can help us get that. To get involved, please visit: http://ga4.org/campaign/Estriol_Resolution
