Always Pure Water – no tap water – Don’t buy or use Plastic Bottles – “Wellness Filter” or “Wholly Water Filters


Organic herbal teas

Safe Oils/fats such as:

EFA oils: Flax, Borage, Primrose

Organic cold pressed oliveoil, coconut oil, sesame oil, ghee, RAW butter

OK: Nama Shoyu, raw organic apple cider vinegar, Organic herbs and spices Celtic Sea Salt

Focus is on: Organic whole, unprocessed foods

Balance of 20% Acid, 80% Alkaline

Not Acceptable:

No Sodas, Artificial Sweeteners, Splenda, NutraSweet, Equal, Xylitol

No caffeine, Alcohol, White Sugar, Refined flour, Fried Foods,

No Table Salt *Celtic Salt only

No processed foods, i.e. boxed, canned, chips, crackers, cookies, cakes

No SOY *Almond or Hemp Milk only

No Pasteurized Dairy Products

No Hydrogenated oils, margarine, vegetable oil spreads

NO GMO’s – for that reason it’s a good idea to avoid all corn and soy, unless organic.  This includes corn chips, corn tortillas, canola oil

Avoid vegetable oils, such as canola, safflower, soy and corn

Better to eat animal foods, earlier in the day for breakfast or lunch and have vegetarian dinner. Listen to your body, Cravings for any type of whole, organic, unprocessed food can be honored.

Acid Foods:

Grains – Millet, Buckwheat, Amaranth, Quinoa, Barley, Brown rice

Beans: all types – soak for 36 hrs before cooking and eating

Nuts and seeds – preferably raw in moderation – handful per day

Animal protein

Organic, free range, fertile eggs

Organic, GRASS FED Beef, Chicken, Wild Game, Wild Caught Fish

Low Mercury Fish – Wild Caught and Fresh:

Anchovies, Butterfish, Catfish, Flounder, Atlantic Haddock, Hake, Herring, Mackerel, Mullet, Oyster, Perch (Ocean), Pollock, Salmon, Sardines, Scallop, Shad (American) Pacific Sole, Freshwater Trout, Whitefish

HIGHEST MERCURY – AVOID EATING: Bluefish, Grouper, Mackerel (Spanish Gulf) Sea Bass (Chilean), Albacore Tuna, Yellow Fin Tuna, Marlin, Orange Roughy, Shark, Swordfish, Tilefish, Ahi Tuna

Do Not eat Farmed Salmon: may contain PCB’s – chemicals with serious long-term health effects.  Salmon must say “WILD”, not “Atlantic”

Dairy:  Organic, Unpasturized, Raw Milk, cheeses, cream, yogurt, Kiefer


All Vegetable & Salads, Tomatoes, ‘Avocado, Yams, Sweet Potatoes, Sprouts. Cultured Vegetable, Ocean Vegetables (seaweeds)

Vegetable Juice, greens only w/ little carrot – NO FRUIT JUICE !

Fruit: Moderate consumption, 1-2 pieces per day, if no fungal issues – Only buy fruit in season which is grown locally

Neutral Foods:

Raw Organic butter, Kiefer
